In your opinion, what's the key to creating a successful digital marketing program?

It’s consistency. In this day and age, the quality over quantity or quantity over quality debate is no longer in question. People wants to see quick, real and fulfilling marketing. They don’t need high production ads, they need something they can relate to. And once a brand has that actually figured out, they basically become unstoppable.

How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

Gen-Z works to live, not lives to work. We prioritize our self fulfillments over being deemed as successful but that doesn’t mean that we are not willing to work. We are very much willing to put the effort in to live the lives that we desire but we don’t sacrifice everything for that. We demand that our checks are as heavy as the work loads. And if a company doesn’t serve us, we’ll quit without a second thought because we now that in order for those corporations to function; they need us and if they don’t pay us what we’re worth, we’ll find another place that does.
