What strategies would you use to engage young professional audiences?
To engage young professional audiences, I would focus on creating content that feels both aspriational and relatable. This age group wants to see real people navigating work, lifestyle, and personal style, so I would use short-form storytelling like GRWMs, desk to dinner looks, productivity snippets, and polished day-in-the-life videos that match their routines. Authenticity is key, so I'd highlight behind-the-scenes moments, honest product insights, and values-driven messaging that shows the why behind the brand, not just the aesthetic. I'd also use trends intentionally. I'd make sure I use quick transitions, trending audios, and clean, modern edits that feel perfect for TikTok and Instagram but still align with a young professional's polished vibe. To build trust, I'd integrate value-based content such as styling tips, career hacks, or practical ways products fit into everyday life. Overall, my goal would be to create a genuine sense of community through interactive stories, polls, and shareable content that invites young professionals into a brand conversation rather than speaking at them!

How would you create content that truly reflects the Marc Jacobs brand voice?
To create content that reflects the Marc Jacobs brand voice, I'd blend Marc's bold, playful aesthetic with the relatable, trend-driven content Gen Z actually watches. I'd make fit checks, GRWMs, and day-in-the-life videos styled around Marc Jacobs pieces. I would mix mirror transitions, campus moments, and cute captions that match Marc's confident, irreverent tone.
As TCU Panhellenic Vice President of Member Development, I naturally interact with and create content for a community of 5,000+ women. I'd amplify Marc Jacobs' visibility by wearing the pieces at events, using them in "What's in my bag?" sisterhood content, and featuring Marc's accessories in planning, workday, and event videos.
