What is your favorite new/ non-traditional social app? Why?
Finch has been adding enormous value in my life. Not only does it help me reflect throughout the day and about my week, it helps me center self care in my life. It also offers first aid kit resources for urgent mental health situations. There is the option to connect with friends who use the app with intentional outreach. It rewards you for the efforts that you take to care for yourself.
