One example of a detailed QA-style report I created was during a group project at school when we were building a website prototype for a class assignment. Before submitting it, I took the lead on reviewing the entire site to make sure everything worked correctly and looked professional. I tested all pages by clicking every link, button, and navigation tab to make sure they directed users to the correct place.

When identifying and documenting bugs in digital products, I focus on being thorough and organized. First, I test the product like a real user would. I click through every feature, test different buttons and links, and try different scenarios, like entering wrong information or using the site on different devices, to see if anything breaks or doesn’t work properly. I pay close attention to loading times, design issues, and anything that could confuse users.
