Describe your approach to effective client communication.

Effective client communication isn’t just about sending updates; it is about building trust, managing expectations, and aligning creative vision with business goals.

Here is my approach to ensuring communication remains seamless, professional, and impactful:

  1. Active Listening and Detailed Alignment Upfront

  1. Documented Next Steps : Every major conversation, call, or messaging thread ends with a brief, written summary of agreed-upon points and immediate next steps

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple client accounts?

When managing multiple client accounts, prioritization comes down to balancing urgency, impact, and structured workflows. Here is how I approach it to ensure nothing falls through the cracks:

I adopt The Eisenhower Matrix (Urgency vs. Importance)

I categorize tasks to immediately see what needs attention:

Urgent & Important: Critical client deadlines, campaign launches, or fixing unexpected issues. These are tackled first.

Important but Not Urgent: Long-term strategy, building out automated workflows, content batching, and skill development. I block out dedicated focus time for these so they don't get pushed aside by daily fires.
