Most of my favorite music makes feel like I'm recharged, and full of energy. I also feel calm and peaceful.

Do you play or study music? if so, elaborate.
I play music for my church at home, and even in college. We have a fellowship in college, and we gather to worship. I do play the keyboard and guitar for them, and every once in a while, I play the drums too.
I play personally too, or for fun with my friends, I play the guitar for this purpose.
