The fact that you can taste it with the food without only tasting the oil nor only the food, I think it’s flavor should be balanced and not rise above the flavor in the food

Sesame oil, I like the taste it adds to food compared to regular oil, even more with vegetables, I think every oil here would add different tastes in different dishes
