Which social platform do you find most effective for organic growth and why?
I think TikTok is the most effective social media platform for organic growth. I've always found that the TikTok algorithm is great for matching the topic of videos to viewers who find interest in that topic and interact with it. Also, it is one of the most popular social media platforms nowadays and lots of users from multiple generations use it, so it reaches a wide audience.

How do you create content that drives social media engagement?
When creating content on social media with the goal of driving engagement, I try to be engaging, providing a good hook. Then, I like to include an open-ended question or phrase that may spark debate, conversation, or questions in the comments.
