When I got promoted to team lead in my role this summer, I was tasked with creating an efficient and easy to read inventory management spreadsheet. I found a template that I liked, then edited it and added/removed columns as I felt was necessary or applicable to our business. I made a list of every product that we carried in our coffee shop and have been tracking our backstock of products since then.
