Can you describe a successful SOCIAL MEDIA content strategy you've implemented in the past?

One successful social media strategy I led at the clothing boutique I work part-time at was a giveaway campaign designed to boost engagement. We asked followers to like the post, tag friends, and follow our page to enter. This helped increase visibility and brought in new followers through word of mouth.

How do you stay updated on TikTok trends and challenges?

I stay updated on TikTok trends and challenges by being an active consumer of social media across multiple platforms. I regularly scroll through TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to spot patterns in trending sounds, challenges, and content styles. I also follow upcoming creators and brands that often highlight what’s gaining traction. Being connected to different platforms helps me not only keep up with what’s popular on TikTok, but also understand how trends evolve and cross over between audiences. It’s a natural part of my routine, and it keeps me inspired and in tune with what’s resonating in real time.

In a given week, your responsibilities range from updating financial models, to scheduling with external partners, to tracking inventory movement, to prepping decks for a marketing meeting. How do you prioritize and execute when everything is urgent?

I start by listing out all my tasks and organizing them based on deadlines, and how they affect others tasks throughout the eek. Anything time sensitive or holding up someone else’s progress becomes a top priority. I also group similar tasks, such as scheduling, data analysis, or communications, to maintain focus and work more efficiently. If something unexpected comes up, I reassess and adjust my plan as needed while also communicating with teammates or external partners to keep everything moving smoothly.
