I think a TikTok video performs well when it grabs attention in the first few seconds with a strong hook, whether that’s through trending audio, bold text, or an eye-catching visual. It also needs to feel authentic and relatable so viewers connect with it enough to watch all the way through or share it. Finally, leaning into trends while still adding a unique spin helps the video stand out and reach a wider audience.
