In one sentence, why are you so excited about the sports industry ?
I think the sports industry is especially interesting in the last few years as athletes have become such major personalities on social media. Now with college athletes being allowed to make money from their likeness, the amount of athletes focusing on their social media, I think, will reach even greater numbers.

What role does journaling play in your life?
I complete a page in the 'Five Minute Journal' every morning. I also try to do this thing where I essentially try to artfully explain something that happened in my day regularly. I journal about my feelings often - it is a place I process my thoughts a lot. I also write out my goals, both short-term and long-term, in my journal.
