What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform as of right now is peacock because they have bravo shows that I can watch as well as peacock originals that I have been able to watch. I also enjoy that their commercials are never more than 1.5 minutes.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means that you are taking care of not only yourself but the ones around you. It means that you are making sure that you and that ones around you are not only healthy physically but also mentally. I Integrate this in my life by constantly trying to check in on myself and others on how they feel and how they are doing. It is important to check in on and keep tabs on everyone who is important in your life as well as yourself.
