Can you describe your experience with creating engaging beauty content?

I have transformed the brand partnerships program for UCLA Chi Omega as the Director of Marketing by spearheading high-impact collaborations that secured PR gifting and exclusive event opportunities with top lifestyle brands, including Gorjana, Beginning Boutique, Casetify, Pura Vida (managed 800+ PR-gifted charm necklaces/bracelets), Tiger Mist, Thrive Cosmetics, Rolling Loud, Uncommon James, Selfie Leslie, and Kendra Scott. I catalyzed 2x growth in partnership opportunities within just 3 months—achieving what typically takes a full year—through innovative, results-driven strategies. I developed and pitched a comprehensive chapter portfolio to showcase sponsorship value, delegated and led the marketing committee to optimize content and partnership execution, grew our Pinterest to 15.5K monthly views, boosted Instagram followers by 6.36% through strategic content planning, organized two major photoshoots, led all recent social strategy (including editing and captioning), and re-designed and launched a refreshed chapter website.
