The first important aspect is understanding how to app works and how to use it. Another aspect is finding out who the target audience is and if I fit into that category. The last aspect I consider is if I enjoy using the app and can use it to make a difference.

Some important considerations are knowing everything about the product and how it is supposed to work. Comparing how it actually holds up to the tests and how it could be improved. Stay unbiased and honest about the product.
