Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
I eat a pescatarian diet, however 80% of the time I am fully vegetarian and have been eating this way for 8 years so I have a good grasp on the vegetarian alternatives market. During the holidays I usually eat morning star, beyond, and impossible brand foods when looking for meat alternatives. I also enjoy Trader Joe’s meat alternatives!
