How would you plan a wellness event?

I would plan a wellness event by making the event accessible and inviting. I would promote it peer to peer and through social media to drive engagement and highlight accessibility, something college students can struggle with while attending events. Offering incentives would also be a major part of the event as students will often attend events knowing there are goodies. Lastly, I would keep the atmosphere light, inviting and welcoming.

Share a little about your interest in fitness on campus.

I am incredibly passionate about fitness and wellness. I am a part of the Strictly Run Club, a coed running club at SDSU, and I am actually training to become an ACE group fitness instructor this semester!
