what are some great ideas to hook social media users into watching our content? how do we tell the story better?

Looking at your social media, there aren’t many videos on Instagram. I’d focus way more on posting reels instead of just pictures since that’s what actually goes viral right now, and really lean into TikTok too. For hooks, it needs to grab attention fast, like quick reactions, first sips, or “this tastes like soda but has protein” type lines. A fun idea would be handing Dirty Pop to random people and filming their reactions. I’d also show athletes drinking it since it hits that balance of healthy but still a treat, and as an athlete myself that’s easy, real content to make.

What social media metric do you prioritize and why? how do you get protein soda to go viral?

I’d prioritize engagement, especially views and shares, because that’s what shows people actually care and helps content spread. To get a protein soda to go viral, I’d stay on top of trends and create videos people are already interested in, then tie the product into those in a natural way. The goal is to make content that people want to watch and share, not something that feels like an ad.

How would you engage Gen Z users on social media?

I’d focus on showing that you can be healthy and still have a treat. A lot of Gen Z is already into protein drinks, so I’d highlight the protein side while keeping it fun and not too serious. I’d post short videos at the gym, in the car, at home, really anywhere, just casually drinking it so it feels natural. The goal is to make it look like an easy, everyday swap instead of something forced.
