how you measure community building success?
I measure community-building success by looking at both numbers and connection, it’s about engagement, but also about the depth of relationships being formed. On the quantitative side, I track metrics like engagement rate, follower growth, active participation in challenges or prompts, story interactions, and user-generated content. These help show how involved and responsive the community is over time. But the real indicators go deeper, things like how often members tag the brand organically, share personal stories, or interact with each other without being prompted. I also pay attention to feedback through DMs, comments, or surveys to understand how people feel about being part of the community. When members start identifying with the brand’s mission, supporting each other, and creating their own content around it, that’s when I know community building is truly working. I experience this often with one of my clients, HWLF!

Describe your experience managing multiple social media accounts.
I have experience managing multiple social media accounts for different brands, which has taught me how to balance unique voices, strategies, and goals while keeping everything organized and cohesive. For example, while working with He Would Love First (HWLF), I managed influencer relationships, created content for TikTok, and helped build out a new ambassador program — all while making sure the messaging stayed true to the brand’s mission. At the same time, through Everbloom Creative, I’ve worked on social media strategies for other clients, tailoring content calendars, engagement tactics, and visuals to fit each brand’s identity. I’ve gotten comfortable switching between platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, tracking analytics to see what’s performing best, and adjusting strategies in real time. Managing multiple accounts has really strengthened my ability to stay organized, creative, and intentional with each brand’s voice and audience.
