How would you engage with your campus community to promote Quizlet effectively?
To reach the UT Austin Campus specifically, I would target high traffic areas like Gregory Gym Plaza on Speedway or the Area around the tower with unique activities that capture student’s attention. I would also tap into my personal network, as I currently lead a business consulting organization on campus and am also involved in a sorority, spirit group, and work on campus in the dining halls.It is primarily important to have unique activations that emphasize how Quizlet helps students live stress-free and take on academics in unique and efficient ways. Examples of events could include nostalgic games with Quizlet themes goodies such as a play on “are you smarter than a fifth grader” interviews on UT’s Speedway, or a “Wheel of Fortune” or game show-like activity in Gregory Gym plaza that allows students to answer questions for various prizes, and utilizing social media content to promote these on-campus activations. Additionally, leveraging academic organizations and professional coed fraternities is another outlet that I would be able to engage students in. For example, I was in a coed business fraternity that could use Quizlet for casing and technical interview prep, or coed medical professional fraternities could have activities catered to their industries that Quizlet can play a role in, whether that's an activity at a general meeting or a “study social” that combined Quizlet with snacks, beverages, and other freebies for students.
