What role does journaling play in your life?

I haven't been the most consistent with journaling lately, but I'm really trying to incorporate it back into my routine. The reason why I want to do so is because I am aware that every time I journal I am able to express thoughts and feelings that sometimes I did not know were there, and it allows me to see things with a different perspective. It's a "tool" that helps me put my mind in order, or at least allows me to release things that have a big weight on me. It's a form of reflection and it pushes my creativity as well. And I also love having journals as memories, so that I can look back on them later and remember moments from the past (good and bad ones).

What tech product/app do you think has a great UI and why?

The Duolingo mobile app, for instance. It's a very visual, vibrant and colorful app that always opens up to the main screen showing where you are in each category. It also allows the user to see what they could reach (by showing the future levels and checkpoints), motivating them easily to keep improving. Furthermore, it provides easy access to different language courses with the flag icons on the top, and tells you how you are doing in different challenges with simple but visible icons on the corner of the screen. I would say the use of specific colours and big icons is what it differentiates the app the most and makes it very appealing.
