What experience do you have with representing a company at an event?
I’ve represented my own bakery at pop-up events, where I was responsible for the full customer experience. This included setting up an inviting display, engaging with attendees, and introducing them to my products in a way that reflected my brand’s values of quality and creativity. I interacted directly with customers, answered questions about flavors and ingredients, and encouraged social media engagement to extend the experience beyond the event. Through this, I learned how to create a strong brand presence, make people feel welcome, and leave them with a lasting impression of the business.
