How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
In previous jobs we implemented a strike system for those who did not complete tasks on time. One strike for work that is almost done but late, two strikes for uncompleted work. Five strikes, and there is a possibility that we asked you to leave. However, this system did cause lots of anxiety for some people. So instead I would suggest a system that when someone doesn't complete something, they get paired with another person and split the work 50/50.

First notify the company, or the contact for the company, and give constructive criticisms through suggestions and clear descriptions of what makes it unlikeable.
As someone who does Usertesting, I am used to posing things like "I see that I am unable to complete this task, or I don't like this feature. Instead I would suggest ..."
