Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
I have super wavy hair, but I swam since I was 7 up until about 4 years ago so my hair was DESTROYED by the chlorine and because I washed it every day. I had no idea how to bring my hair back to life after I stopped swimming and I was super insecure about my dead and frayed hair. I did a big chop which I HATED, but as it grew back I began to try new hair oils and now its much longer, fuller, and healthier!
