I think Instagram is great for a combination of static posts, reposting TikToks as reels, and carousel posts. I think carousels are great for engagement because they can provide educational content in a fun way, like showing ingredients used in companion candles vs. other toxic candle brands, but in a way that a viewer would be able to easily understand. I would recommend using carousels and static posts for educational content, and using reels for entertainment.

First of all, I love how you combine videos featuring the candles with other videos so your followers don't feel like you're pushing the product on them so much. I would suggest doing interactive style of videos, such as "comment what breed of dog you have and I'll match them with a candle scent" or "what your favorite candle says about you." This style of video allows for more comments and engagement with followers, which would lead to growth.
