I keep up with social media trends by spending time on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, paying attention to what’s trending on my feed and what creators are doing. I also follow a few marketing newsletters and accounts that break down what’s working and why. When I see a trend taking off—whether it's a popular sound, meme format, or challenge—I think about how it could work with my content and audience. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll put my own spin on it to keep things authentic and engaging. I try to balance staying timely with making sure what I post still feels true to my style and purpose.
