What type of content do you find most effective on social media?
Creating meme content w/ trending audios helps with engagement because it resonates with the audience's experiences, and it also provides humor. Another type of content would be storytelling content. This gives an emotional connection with the audience and helps improve a problem state that an individual might face, and is seeking solutions to that problem, which storytelling content applies to those needs.

Walk us through how you'd build a content calendar from scratch
I would determine the brand's identity and audience (ex: health conscious, gen z & millenial females).
Using these demographics, I determine what social platforms are mainly used by the target market to promote the product.
I identify what the brand's goals are (expanding brand awareness, promoting product, providing engaging content, etc.)
Using these goals, this can help me determine the type of social media content to create that resonates the goal (ex: brand awareness can be showcasing the product and providing a benefit from it)
After I analyze these concepts, I would record them on planning platforms such as Notion or Google Sheets to plan dates for creating and posting content, and a form of a checklist to ensure these tasks are completed.
To ensure effectiveness, analyzing the results of content posts can help me identify what can be innovated in the future, and what can't be kept. I would constantly plan what strategies would be effective as I plan more content over time.

Show us a brand you think is killing it on social and tell us why
I believe WhiteFox Boutique is doing great on social media because I like how they are actively engaging with their audience and connecting them with value. For example, I like how they post photos of customers wearing their clothing rather than just posting models who work for them. It provides a natural incentive for customers to feel engaged and feel recognized, creating an authentic experience. I also think it's nice how they like and engage their tagged posts of customers wearing the product. This shows that they value and appreciate their customers. Since most of their products are in high demand and constantly sell out, they are doing well in updating their followers that their products are back in stock. This means that they listen to their consumers' needs and take action right away.
