SET Active is a brand I have been admiring as of late. They have a clear mission and execute their designs and visions well. I also appreciate that it is a fully e-commerce brand. I enjoy seeing their brand grow and expand, starting off with active clothing and then branching out into the loungewear sector. I am excited to see what they continue to do.

Journaling has helped me through some of the toughest times. I started journaling after watching Elena from The Vampire Diaries. I journal everyday, in multiple ways. Sometimes I write out my emotions, sometimes I list what I need to do, and other times I write down my goals to keep me focused. Journaling grounds me and is one of the biggest factors that impacts my mood and how I am feeling day-to-day.
