Which wellness trends are you loving lately?
A wellness trend I particularly love is icing my face. As a college student, it can sometimes be very hard to stay energized throughout the day. Icing my face in the morning usually does the trick to wake me up -- plus, it brings down puffiness and regulates redness in my face. Did I mention it also feels great?
