Even new accounts can reach thousands—or millions—of viewers if the video resonates. TikTok’s “For You” feed constantly tests content with new audiences, making it easier to gain visibility without ads. The short-form format also encourages high watch time, rapid feedback, and viral sharing, which further boosts reach. In short, TikTok gives creators the fastest path from zero to audience because quality and relevance matter more than existing influence.

To create content that drives social media engagement, focus on three things: value, emotion, and relevance. Start by understanding what your audience cares about, then craft posts that solve their problems, spark curiosity, or make them feel something. Use strong hooks in the first few seconds, keep the message simple, and deliver clear takeaways. Add a question or call-to-action that encourages people to comment or share. Finally, stay consistent, track what performs well, and double down on the formats and topics your audience responds to most.

I was a Beachwaver brand ambassador last year, and this year I’ve worked with Windsor and Olive & June. I’ve created content, promoted products, and driven engagement across social media. Combined with my involvement in colorguard, club cheer, and my sorority, I have strong experience connecting with students and authentically representing brands.
