I’ve lead many clubs within high school, and I found that being passive about expectations and lenient about consequences is largely ineffective when holding teammates accountable. However, throughout my involvement in the Miss Fontana Pageant and the professional training provided there, I have learned that consistent communication and tangible consequences are what drives an effective and productive workspace.
