What steps do you take to ensure thorough testing of new features?
When thoroughly testing, I:
Utilize the most commonly used device first (most likely a phone for Gen Z)
Take note of new features, write down descriptions of what I expect to see
Pay attention to detail with any pointers on the page such as movement, arrows, color changes, and alignment
Try out the feature with differet approaches and trying to access from differetn pages (such as going to home page, usually clicking icon in the top left corner, clicking back arrows, etc.)
Taking note of what happened on the screen when trying new features, how this helps, and more
