Can you provide an example of a time when you collaborated closely with a sales team to meet and exceed targets?
While I haven't had the opportunity to collaborate with a sales team in a formal capacity yet, I understand the critical importance of that partnership and my approach would be renters on alignment and communication. Based on my knowledge, my strategy would be based on proactive communication, shared goals and creating feedback loops. While my direct experience is in working closely with members of club and other students, I've successfully applied collaborative mindsets. For example, for many important events I have created meetings with my group members to formulate a plan while dividing tasks based on everyone's strengths and focusing on who our target audience is then proceeding with a specific product to sell. We ended up exceeding our expectations and made a profit from our revenue after considering all our costs for supplies.

How do you approach developing and executing outreach strategies to drive client engagement?
My approach is a combination of researching, personalization, execution and analysis, to understand the target audience and tailoring an approach to improve engagement. First I would understand the clients goals, the align with internal teams then conduct audience research. Looking into their industry, weaknesses and the specific role of the people I'm targeting to ensure engagement. Based on research I develop a strategy and to proficiently execute it I can use tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales navigator to automate sequences for scale while maintaining the ability to personalize key points.
