How would you describe the ideal tasting experience for evaluating a new wine?
My ideal tasting experience for evaluating a new wine would be to go in with a clean pallet, pour the wine into glass, asses its color and smell before sampling. I personally enjoy pairing wines so I would love to have something to pair with it.
