What is your experience with packaging design?

I have experience with packaging design through hands-on work for my club merch, where I helped develop the visual look and translate it into print-ready assets. I’ve also built a strong foundation through my internship at Sony, where I learned how to design with a clear audience in mind, keep branding consistent, and make creative choices that support a specific goal. Across these projects, I focus on clean layout, strong hierarchy, and designs that look good both up close and from a distance, while staying practical for production.

what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?

On campus: I would host a “Get Ready With Me” pop-up in high-traffic areas like the student union or before major campus events. Students could try samples at a clean, aesthetic station with mirrors, good lighting, and quick shade matching. I would encourage them to film short clips or take photos at a branded setup, then offer small incentives like giveaways or gift cards for posting. This turns sampling into a social, shareable moment rather than just a handout. Off campus: I would focus on social-driven environments like coffee shops, workout classes, or group events where people already gather. I would bring samples to small group settings and create casual, organic moments where people can try the product and share their reactions. I would also collaborate with micro-creators and friend groups to host mini sampling sessions and capture authentic content. This approach builds trust and generates real word-of-mouth through genuine experiences.
