Can you give an example of a piece of jewelry you tested in the past and the insights you provided for improvement?
When my friend was making jewelry, I tested some and have her some feedback. One example is a necklace with a clasp that was difficult to open and close. I suggested making the clasp larger and easier to grip for better usability.
