What role does journaling play in your life?

Journaling for me is an expression of myself it allows me to be at one with my thoughts, to create , to inspire and to understand. Journaling provides an opportunity develop ideas into something bigger. There are many reasons why I journal but overall behind it there is purpose, it’s creative and it’s becoming more then self expression.
