how do you balance being proactive with being reactive? Can you give an example of a time when you maintained your focus on planning and execution, even when things were moving quickly around you?

Personally, I am not the best at being proactive due to my spontaneous personality which requires me to move very freely without any stress. However, in situations where I require to put in time and effort in multiple tasks, I prioritize maintaining my end goals and tackling my assignments in an effective manner through time management and organization.

How do you approach organizing and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms? What tools or strategies do you use to stay organized and ensure everything is on track?

Personally, I enjoy using platforms like Notion and Google Calendar to keep myself accountable for my tasks. However, as a visual learner, I enjoy writing down my daily tasks and reminders in my journal that is decorated with cute stickers and tape, making it eye-appealing so it motivates me to tackle all these tasks by the end of the day.

Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple projects or deadlines at once? How did you prioritize and ensure that everything was completed on time?

During my junior year of college, I was inundated with assignments from my PR and advertising major, many of which required extensive collaboration on group projects. Coordinating with team members to brainstorm and execute ideas took considerable time and effort. On top of my coursework, I was also actively involved in a campus organization, where I was responsible for planning and coordinating weekly events, adding another layer of responsibility to my schedule.

This experience taught me valuable lessons about balancing academic and extracurricular priorities. I learned to push back less urgent tasks until after I completed higher-priority ones. Distributing assignments evenly among team members was crucial, and effective communication played a significant role. I made it a point to conduct regular check-ins with my teammates to identify and address potential roadblocks early.

Ultimately, I was able to meet all my deadlines, and this experience significantly enhanced my time management and prioritization skills.
