My mom battled ALS for three years. It was important to her to still get ready in the mornings and use her makeup. Although, with decreasing mobility she struggled opening products. If I was in charge, I would make sure my packaging was accessible to those with disabilities or loss of muscle function. This problem isn’t limited to those with ALS, even Selena Gomez described facing this issue when she battled Lupus. Making beauty accessible for all is what I think could elevate this brand to the next level.

what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
I would love to share with my girl friends. Notre Dame doesn’t have sororities, but we have all female dorms that act in place of them. Each dorm has its own traditions and events. I would love to get all of the girls in my dorm some products.
Off campus, I work with a lot of ALS patients. My mom had ALS, so giving back to this community is important to me. The rates of younger women being diagnosed with ALS has skyrocketed. When paying ridiculous amount of money for home care and treatment, sometimes extra self care gets put on hold. I would love to share some products with my patients at the clinic. To remind these strong women that they are absolutely beautiful.
