What do you enjoy most about attending your schools football games, game day events, or live/watch parties?

I enjoy attending my school's football games and game day events because they provide an opportunity for me to come together with my friends and fellow students to show support for our team. I enjoy the energy and excitement of live competition, and there's something special about being part of a community that is all rooting for the same cause. I also enjoy the social aspect of game day events. They provide a chance for me to catch up with friends, meet new people, and participate in team traditions and rituals. Whether it's tailgating before the game or singing the school fight song after a touchdown, these shared experiences help to create a sense of camaraderie and belonging. Finally, I appreciate the opportunity to represent my school and show school spirit by wearing team colors and gear. It's a fun way to show pride in my institution and to be a part of something bigger than myself.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

Wellness to me means taking care of one's physical, mental, and emotional health. It's about finding balance and feeling good in both body and mind. I integrate wellness into my life through a combination of regular exercise, a healthy diet, and self-care practices such as meditation and journaling. I also prioritize getting enough sleep and managing stress through activities like yoga and spending time in nature. I also prioritize using natural, nourishing skincare products and supplements as a way to support my overall wellness. I believe that what we put on our skin and in our bodies can have a significant impact on our health and well-being, so I make an effort to choose products that are made with high-quality, natural ingredients.
