Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
With my experience at Old Navy, one of our primary goals as cashiers was to increase loyalty with our store credit cards and increase credit card applicants. It is because of this I learned to build a strong rapport with each customer, card member or not, to help increase usage of our store card or to also increase the number of card members by ensuring the benefits that make our store card a great option for loyal and new customers.

What types of creators do you typically like to follow?
The creators I like to follow are lifestyle, finance, and film creators. I enjoy their contact as I can learn and adapt new facts to my current everyday life. Through lifestyle, I can see different products and trends that affect the way they work and how they work. With finance creators, I learn more about budgets and monetary decisions I should be taking to instill financial security. Finally, with film creators, I can see firsthand how to improve my work with media such as videos, photographs, and editing.

Have you had sales or account management experience?
My sales experience began as a cashier lead at Old Navy. This position allowed me to oversee sales and loyalty goals while touching base with other sales associates to improve our sales as well as loyalty goals. Through this position, I was able to see firsthand how sales work and how to adapt with each customer to ensure a successful transaction to increase sales and loyalty.
