How would you ensure the accuracy and timeliness of portfolio data updates?

I would ensure this by establishing a routine to provide accurate updates and context. To ensure that all info in the Airtable database is correct, I would set up weekly check-ins. I would consistently compare our data to that of fundraising representatives, online sites, and statements made by the companies we are working with. With these updates, I would make sure to note down where and when I got my information with the Airtable database system. This would also make it possible to track pieces of information in the database and when they were obtained, if needed. I'd also collaborate with the team as best as I could. This could include the team having access to the Airtable, so if they have any input on the performance and development of portfolio companies, they can submit any changes they have as well. Due to the team potentially having access to the Airtable, I'd try my best to create a guideline on how to go about data entry and make sure everything stays as organized as possible.
