How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?
I usually start by focusing on the leads that seem most interested or are the best fit for what we offer. I keep everything organized in a CRM so I can track follow-ups and stay on top of each conversation. I also pay attention to what’s working — if certain outreach methods or lead types convert better, I adjust my focus to spend more time where I’m seeing the best results.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?
I mainly first see if they are the decision maker then not only that I see if it would solve there problem and their timeframe on when to buy
