What excites me about working in the beauty industry is being able to make others feel more confident and appreciate their beauty. At its core, I think it's about people and helping them with their lifestyles and goals.

I do not have any experience organizing events on campus, but it sounds like something I would want to experience and learn more about. In one of my previous roles, I organized small events with a team and I definitely enjoyed it.

In your opinion, which brand is crushing it on social media right now?
First that comes to mind would be Rare Beauty. This brand has continuously received social media coverage, especially on Tiktok, for months for their great makeup formulas. Starbucks is also doing a great job in promoting seasonal items and keeping customers engaged and wanting to try the newest drink/food item.
