What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me wellness is peace of the mind. No worries about mental, physical and emotional stress and issues. When it comes to work, school, social and family life I try to integrate peace into it. If something effects my peace then I have to rethink on how to regain my peace.
