I have not worked on any official social media campaign, that's exactly why I am here, to gain hands on experience and build my portfolio by helping and supporting a brands online presence while gaining experience. I have spent my time both inside my college work and outside learning what makes an successful social media campaign, how to create interesting content for viewers and how to build audience engagement.

It would be an amazing opportunity if I ama able to apply that knowledge into something meaningful. I am a creative person with an eagerness to learn so I am able to adapt to any challenge I am given.

A way I have been able to stay updated on the latest social media trends is by not just aimlessly scrolling through instagram, Tiktok or any other platform, but rather I am scrolling with the intention to learn what the latest trends, hashtags and content styles are and then seeing the tactics creators use to draw in an audience.

I also follow communities on Discord or Instagram from creators online that post daily tips and tricks on how to achieve certain trends that are engaging and are able to draw in an audience.

After doing my research, I then go out and try what I've seen and learnt, it's about experimenting with new formats and having an open mind for new things.

For me following these communities and creators have helped me to be able to stay informed about the latest trends and to build my understanding on audience engagement.
