Do you have any experience in negotiation? If not, how would you negotiate down a creator's fee?

I do have experience in negotiating influencer's fees. Working for smaller brands along with bigs ones I have had to work on tighter budgets when it comes to influencer partnerships. I would try to negotiate down a creator's fee by explaining how this partnership could be mutually beneficial to them as well

What do you look for in a creator who has potential for viral content but isn't yet widely discovered?

I look for if they fit within a niche catagory of content as well as how loyal the demographic is/how much engagement they get. I also seek out influencers who create unique content that is relatable or something a demographic can take inspiration from.

If I gave you $2000 to create viral content, how would decide which creators to collab with? (the more detail the better)

I would first work to identify the brand's demographic and history of the brand/it's mission statement to get a good idea of the brand's image and target audience. I would then go on a deep search for influencers who match the aesthetics of the brand with a similar demographic as the brand. I would also take note if the brand is looking for micro influencers or macro and what reach they are looking for for their viral content. We would also work together to see what type of content that the brand is looking for and write up a guideline for the influencers to follow. We would also work together to approve said content that the influencer creates and/or give notes on what to improve. After it is posted we'll be sure to promote said content and keep track of its analytical insights to see what we can improve on or who we should work with for future influencer collaborations.
