Can you share an example of a successful event you organized in the past and how it impacted someone else?
I once organised a soccer event with 30 people. I took charge in creating a group chat, putting a poll to determine the presence of each member and making 5 teams of 6 players so that 4 teams would be playing while 1 team watched. After 10 minutes of playing time the team watching would play. Many people at the event were very grateful and thanked me positively. Many others mentioned that I am a good organiser.

I offered one of my project group members my help on his task when I noticed how drained and tired he was.
