Which social media platforms do you find most effective for brand engagement?
I find Tiktok and Instagram to be the most effective - it is easy to upload videos, you can interact with the audience in the comments, and you can upload daily stories with polls or questions for people to engage with.

What do you think makes a viral video?
A viral video in my opinion, is one that is able to reach a large audience, and is able to connect with them on some sort of emotional level, whether it's shallow or deep. It is shared very quickly on the internet, being passed from person to person. It may also influence people, whether that's through making them follow the trend, or influence them in a more subtle way.
