I am currently working at a Levis store and I was helping a customer in the fitting room, as well as grabbing a size in the stockroom, whilst finishing a transaction with a customer but ensured they were all helped equally and respectfully.

Can you describe a time when you successfully upsold a product to a customer?
Told them all the benefits about the product and why it is worth their money. I have also mentioned my personal experience with the product to allow the customer to relate to someone else.

How do you approach a customer who seems undecided about making a purchase?
Offer to help assure their doubts. Ensure that the customer is happy with their purchase by providing product info and enthusiasm throughout their experience with us.
